The study reviewed national as well as international research on IEPs for students with ASD to explore the key components of successful IEPs in inclusive settings. A total of 18 studies have been selected and analyzed based on their subjects, research methods and findings. As a result, the successful IEP components were discussed based on the following areas: (1) core IEP domains for ASD, (2) quality evaluation for IEP programs, (3) contributing factors for successful IEP implementation.
